General Terms
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all websites and online services operated by Deeper Walk International, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit Christian ministry incorporated in Indiana. This includes deeperwalk.com, school.deeperwalk.com, churches.deeperwalk.com, and any other websites or online platforms operated by Deeper Walk International (collectively, “our websites”). Throughout these Terms, “Deeper Walk,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Deeper Walk International.
By accessing or using any of our websites, purchasing any product or service, enrolling in any course or program, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our websites or services. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered account holders, students, purchasers, and anyone who accesses any content on our websites.
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of our websites after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1. Eligibility
By using our websites, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are at least 13 years of age and are using the site under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. Our websites are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2. Account Ownership and Security
Certain features of our websites require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update that information as needed. You agree not to share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account. Deeper Walk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably suspect are being used fraudulently or without authorization.
3. Accuracy of Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that content on our websites is accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or up to date. Content on our websites is provided for general informational and ministry purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. We reserve the right to correct errors, update content, or modify any part of our websites at any time without notice.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on our websites — including text, audio, video, images, course materials, podcast episodes, written resources, and software — is the property of Deeper Walk International or its content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content from our websites without prior written permission from Deeper Walk International. You may not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or download content from our websites. You may not circumvent any content protection measures we have in place.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our websites or any content obtained from them for any of the following purposes: any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation; soliciting others to engage in unlawful acts; infringing upon the intellectual property rights of Deeper Walk or any third party; harassing, abusing, defaming, or discriminating against any person; submitting false or misleading information; uploading or transmitting viruses or malicious code; collecting or tracking the personal information of other users without consent; engaging in spam, phishing, or unauthorized commercial solicitation; interfering with the security or functionality of our websites; or any purpose that is obscene, harmful, or contrary to the mission and values of Deeper Walk International. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our websites for any violation of these prohibitions.
6. Third-Party Links and Services
Our websites contain links to third-party websites, resources, and services that are not operated or controlled by Deeper Walk International. We provide these links for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not endorse, supervise, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or services of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site’s own terms and policies. Once you leave our websites, these Terms no longer apply.
7. User Submissions
If you submit comments, feedback, prayer requests, testimonials, or other content to us through our websites or online platforms, you grant Deeper Walk International a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute that content in connection with our ministry activities. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any user-submitted content at our discretion.
1. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our websites, content, and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deeper Walk International disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our websites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on our websites.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Deeper Walk International, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, personal injury, or property damage — arising out of or related to your use of our websites, content, or services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our websites shall not exceed the amount you paid to Deeper Walk International in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
3. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Deeper Walk International and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: your use of our websites or services; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or any content you submit to our websites.
4. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
5. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific products or services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Deeper Walk International regarding your use of our websites and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications on the same subject.
6. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms, and all matters arising out of or related to your use of our websites and services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. This governing law provision applies to all aspects of your relationship with Deeper Walk International through our websites, including purchases, digital products, online courses and group sessions, ministry referrals, certification programs, and any other content or services accessed through any Deeper Walk web property.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our websites shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Indiana. By using our websites, you consent to personal jurisdiction in Indiana and waive any objection to the laying of venue in Indiana for any such dispute. If you are located outside the United States, please note that your use of our websites involves the transfer of your personal data to the United States. Additional rights for California and European residents, including rights under the CCPA and GDPR, are addressed in our Privacy Policy, available at deeperwalk.com/privacy-policy.

Ministry Services Disclaimer
Deeper Walk International is an equipping ministry. Our mission is to provide resources, training, and teaching that help believers walk in freedom, healing, and Kingdom impact. We are not a counseling center and do not have staff available to provide personal ministry appointments, counseling sessions, or therapeutic services through our websites or online platforms.
Nothing on our websites, in our online courses, in our streaming content, or in any communication from Deeper Walk International constitutes professional counseling, psychotherapy, medical advice, or licensed mental health services. Content provided by Deeper Walk is for educational, discipleship, and spiritual formation purposes only. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need professional support, please seek assistance from a licensed mental health professional.
Deeper Walk International provides referral lists of counseling centers, counselors, prayer ministers, ministry networks, and other resources solely for informational purposes. We do not employ, supervise, endorse, or exercise control over any individual or organization appearing on these lists, except that some individuals may be employed by Deeper Walk International in other ministry or administrative capacities. Where that is the case, any counseling or prayer ministry they conduct through referral is performed independently and is not part of their employment with Deeper Walk, is not supervised or directed by Deeper Walk, and is not covered by Deeper Walk’s insurance.
Deeper Walk International makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, effectiveness, appropriateness, or outcomes of any services provided by referred individuals or organizations, and assumes no responsibility or liability for any advice, ministry, or services you receive from them. Your use of any referral information or services obtained through our referral lists is entirely at your own risk. By accessing our referral pages, you agree to the disclaimer and limitation of liability set forth in these Terms.
The Deeper Walk School of Ministry grants a Certification in Deeper Walk Prayer Ministry to individuals who complete the certification program. Certified Prayer Ministers are independent practitioners. Some may also be employed by Deeper Walk International in other ministry or administrative capacities; however, any prayer ministry conducted by certified ministers is performed independently and is not part of their employment with Deeper Walk, is not supervised or directed by Deeper Walk, and is not covered by Deeper Walk’s insurance policies.
Deeper Walk International does not supervise or control the independent prayer ministry practice of certified ministers. Deeper Walk’s insurance policies do not extend to cover the acts or omissions of certified prayer ministers conducting ministry independently. Certification indicates completion of a training program; it is not an endorsement of any individual or a guarantee of any outcome. Each certified prayer minister is solely responsible for their own conduct and any legal obligations arising from their ministry practice.
Any dispute arising from your use of the services of a Deeper Walk Certified Prayer Minister is subject to the governing law and venue provisions of these Terms.
Online Courses, Classes, and Group Sessions
This section governs all online courses, recorded conferences, live class sessions, and online group meetings offered by Deeper Walk International through any of our websites, including deeperwalk.com, school.deeperwalk.com, and churches.deeperwalk.com. References to “courses” include recorded online courses, live class sessions, online group meetings, certification program coursework, and any similar offering, whether free or paid.
Access and Ownership
When you purchase access to an online course or recorded conference, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and view that content for personal, non-commercial use. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying content. Courses and conferences typically remain available on our websites for at least 18 to 24 months from the date of recording, and often longer. We reserve the right to move, modify, or remove content at any time; where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.
Some older content may be moved from open course pages to the Streaming Service over time, at which point access requires an active streaming subscription. Users who purchased a course prior to such a move retain access under the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Legacy Content (Deeper Dives)
Users who previously purchased access to Deeper Dives courses or online group sessions retain access to the recordings and supplemental materials associated with those purchases under the terms in effect at the time of purchase. No new Deeper Dives sessions are currently being offered. Legacy access does not include access to new content or live sessions.
Some courses include scheduled live online sessions or group meetings. By enrolling in a course that includes live sessions, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the scheduled meeting times and confirmed your availability. If a scheduled session conflicts with your availability, access to course recordings and supplemental materials will fulfill your purchase. Enrollment in a live session course does not guarantee rescheduling of sessions missed due to personal scheduling conflicts.
Non-Counseling Disclaimer
Online courses, live sessions, and group meetings offered by Deeper Walk International are designed for educational, discipleship, and spiritual formation purposes. They do not constitute and are not a substitute for professional counseling, psychotherapy, or licensed mental health services. Course facilitators and group leaders, including Deeper Walk staff members, may not provide counseling services to participants inside or outside of sessions unless they do so independently under their own separate ministry or professional license. Any such services provided independently by a facilitator are not the responsibility of Deeper Walk International.
Payments
Most courses and live class programs require a one-time payment for access. Some may offer payment plan options. If you enroll in a payment plan, you agree to be billed for each installment on the schedule disclosed at the time of enrollment. Once all installments are complete, no further payments are due. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Deeper Walk International to charge your payment method for the amounts disclosed at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Payments for online courses, recorded conferences, and live class programs are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. We recognize that unexpected circumstances arise, and we are willing to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis when extenuating circumstances are present. To request a refund, contact us in writing at su*****@********lk.com within 30 days of your purchase date with a detailed explanation of your circumstances. Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Deeper Walk International. Partial refunds for partially completed courses are not available as a standard policy.
Streaming Service
Deeper Walk International offers a monthly Streaming Service subscription that provides access to a library of ministry content. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms. Your membership will continue on a month-to-month basis and will automatically renew each month until you cancel. To avoid being charged for the next month, you must cancel before your renewal date. Membership fees are fully earned upon payment and are non-refundable except at our discretion.
Payment and Billing
Your subscription fee will be charged to your payment method on a monthly basis on the calendar day corresponding to the start of your subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may update your payment method at any time through your account page. We reserve the right to adjust subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice.
Cancellation
You may cancel your Streaming Service subscription at any time through your account page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for partial-month periods or unused access. We may offer refunds, discounts, or credits at our discretion in exceptional circumstances, but this does not create an obligation to do so in the future.
Eligible Users:

- Streaming Service access is intended for individual subscribers, members of their household, and for use by churches, nonprofit organizations, and ministries in small group settings for non-commercial purposes. You may not use the Streaming Service for public performances or commercial exhibitions.
Content Availability:

- The content available through the Streaming Service may change over time without prior notice. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any specific title or program. Your subscription grants access to the library as it exists from time to time, not to any specific content.
Technical Requirements:

- Access to the Streaming Service requires an internet connection and a compatible device. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and are not responsible for service interruptions caused by your device, internet connection, or factors outside our control.
School of Ministry
All payments for School of Ministry courses, programs, and certifications are due at the time of enrollment unless a payment plan is offered and selected. Payment plans are subject to the terms disclosed at enrollment. By enrolling, you agree that payments are final upon completion of your transaction, subject to the refund policy below.
All School of Ministry payments are generally non-refundable. We recognize that unexpected life circumstances can arise and are willing to consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis when extenuating circumstances are present. To be considered, refund requests must be submitted in writing to sc****@********lk.com within 30 days of your purchase date and must include a detailed explanation of your circumstances. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Deeper Walk International. Partial refunds for partially completed programs are not available as a standard policy. Approval of a refund request does not establish a precedent or obligation for future requests.
Completion of the Deeper Walk Prayer Ministry Certification program results in a credential identifying the graduate as a Deeper Walk Certified Prayer Minister. This certification does not create an employment, agency, or volunteer relationship between the certified minister and Deeper Walk International. Certified Prayer Ministers are independent practitioners solely responsible for their own ministry conduct, professional obligations, and any legal liability arising from their ministry practice.
Deeper Walk International does not supervise the independent ministry practice of certified prayer ministers and does not provide liability insurance coverage for their services. Each certified minister is responsible for determining whether professional liability or other insurance coverage is appropriate for their own practice and for obtaining any such coverage at their own expense.
Deeper Walk International reserves the right to revoke or decline to renew certification for any minister whose conduct is inconsistent with the standards set forth in the Certification Agreement, at its sole discretion. Enrollment in the program does not guarantee certification. All enrollment and program terms are subject to these Terms and the Certification Agreement signed upon completion of the program.
Any dispute arising out of or related to enrollment in, participation in, or completion of the School of Ministry certification program shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indiana courts.
Podcast “On the Trail”
All content provided through Deeper Walk International’s podcast productions, including “On the Trail” and any other Deeper Walk podcast, is the property of Deeper Walk International and is protected by copyright law. You may listen to and share podcast episodes for personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of podcast content without prior written permission from Deeper Walk International is prohibited.
The views expressed by individual speakers in podcast episodes are those of the individual speakers and do not necessarily reflect the official positions of Deeper Walk International. Misrepresentation or misuse of podcast content is prohibited. For permissions, licensing inquiries, or other questions, please contact Deeper Walk International at su*****@********lk.com.
Bookstore
Product prices are as listed at the time of purchase. Deeper Walk reserves the right to modify prices at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear to involve resale or redistribution. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a full refund. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information and to promptly update that information as needed.
Physical orders are fulfilled by Humble Shack, an independent fulfillment company. Once your order is placed on our website, relevant fulfillment information — including your name, shipping address, and order contents — is shared with Humble Shack solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Humble Shack does not receive your payment information and does not independently collect or store your personal data beyond what is necessary for fulfillment. All shipments are sent via the U.S. Postal Service. Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding postal holidays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Deeper Walk International does not control shipping charges applied by foreign carriers for international orders. International orders, including Canadian orders, are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Tracking is available within the United States; once a package is transferred to a foreign carrier, tracking may no longer be available. Deeper Walk International is not responsible for delivery failures, customs delays, or damages outside the United States.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within one week of receipt at su*****@********lk.com. Damaged merchandise is typically replaced at no cost to you. For all other return requests, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery with proof of purchase. Items returned after 30 days, items showing signs of use, or items not in their original condition may be eligible only for a partial refund at our discretion. All clearance items and downloadable products are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Deeper Walk may offer promotional pricing, coupons, or discounts at its discretion. Promotions are limited to stock on hand, are not valid on prior purchases, and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Coupons may expire and are subject to revocation. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred.
Accounts and Passwords
Access to certain features of our websites requires a registered account. The account holder whose payment method is on file is the Account Owner and is responsible for all activity occurring through that account. You should not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. To maintain the security of your account, keep control of the devices used to access our websites and do not share your password.
Deeper Walk International reserves the right to place a hold on or terminate any account to protect against identity theft, fraud, or unauthorized use. We are not obligated to provide credits or refunds for subscription periods affected by an account hold initiated for security reasons.
