Description
Dr. Jim Wilder uses a unique group learning exercise at the 2013 DID Symposium to demonstrate the neurological processes our brains experience when interpreting reality around us and invites us to consider how training our mind to value and prioritize relational joy leads to healthier, less fear-trigger-prone lives. Experiencing joy and prioritizing actions that promote relational joy in our lives literally repatterns our brain function, minimizes the potential for trauma, promotes healing for past wounds, and increases our capacity to handle difficult realities in the present.
